Revision Policy
Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients can approach us for unlimited free amendments, and we will revise their design with no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. The revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Quantum Web Solutions allows you to have your money back within 30 days of order placement & reserves the right to terminate this, at any time, with or without notice depending upon the scenario. This offer strictly implies that the refund is asked upon viewing the initial samples only; requesting revisions on the initial work shall be regarded as a continuation of the project & will make this guarantee annulled. We rely on the customer’s prompt feedback during the process to complete the task effectively and therefore hope that the customer gives proper feedback to get the desired results.
We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 30 days; however, the client can email us to hold the project if there is some personal issue.
If the client wants to forfeit any part of the discounted package, the refund is not applicable. For example, if a client has availed a discounted package to avail multiple services offered by Quantum Web Solutions and later decides to discontinue any of the availed services, he/she will not be eligible for any refund.
Furthermore, the customer shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if the customer requests additional revisions (one or more design changes regardless of complexity) or modifications to any of the initial concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond promptly to a status notification from Quantum Web Solutions.
In case of finalizing one part of the order, the customer won’t be eligible for a refund for the remaining package.
24-hour design fees and 24-hour rush changes are non-refundable.
No refund is available for firms or those who order our services on behalf of another entity. If an order cancellation request is submitted before the delivery of the initial samples, you are eligible for a refund. In case of a duplicate charge, 100% of the amount will be returned. If project requirements committed at the time of sale are not fulfilled, or the files/services are not delivered according to the delivery policy (proof required), a refund may be claimed. If you sign up for bundle packages (e.g., Logo, Stationery, Website, Social Media, and Brochure), the refund can’t be claimed if any service included in the bundle is discontinued after availing any part of the package. For example, if a client signs up separately (without discount) for Logo design, Social Media design, and Website design and decides to stop after receiving only the Logo design, the client will be eligible for a refund of Social Media design and Website design. However, if the client has signed up for a branding package (a collective package of the above-mentioned services), no refund request will be entertained once the Logo design work has been provided and finalized.
The following terms and conditions apply to all the services purchased by the client and provided by Quantum Web Solutions
On any occasion, any funds deposited will not be liable for a refund if the initial design/service work has been approved, or a change is asked for unless Quantum Web Solutions cancels or ends your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-execution.
All refund requests will be as per the following arrangement:
You may submit a refund request when the underlying ideas for a design/service are provided. However, once you approve or ask for changes in the initial work, the refund offer will be void, and the refund request will not be entertained.
Once the project has entered the revision phase, the refund offer will be void, and the refund request will not be entertained.
If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial design/service work, you will qualify for a full refund (less a 10% administration and processing charge).
If the refund request is made within 48 hours, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% administration and processing fee).
If the refund request is made within 48–96 hours after the initial design/service delivery, you will only be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design/service delivery. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, so you are requested to reach out to us to address your concerns.
No refund request will be entertained after customer inaction for 7 working days. If you wish to restart the order, you will be charged a fee contingent upon the scope of work.
No refund request will be entertained if the customer becomes unresponsive at any point for 5 working days.
All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. quantumwebsolutions.com reserves the right to approve or reject any refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
For Quantum Web Solutions custom bundles, refunds will be applied in the same manner as single packages.
For example, if you request a logo and website design and approve the logo, you will be eligible for a refund of the website service only at the initial design stage.
All refund requests must have a legitimate reason and will be evaluated against the original brief and client inputs for revisions. Unless the work has not been delivered according to the brief, a refund will not be approved. However, further revisions will be provided until satisfaction is achieved.
We strive to provide the best hosting experience for our customers. However, all hosting packages are non-refundable, as server space and resources are allocated exclusively to the customer upon purchase and cannot be reassigned.
It is also agreed that under no circumstances shall either party (Quantum Web Solutions or the Client) publicly criticize, defame, or make negative statements about the other or its employees, associates, or partners on public forums, blogs, or social media platforms during or after the contract period. In the event of a breach, the breaching party shall be liable to pay reasonable compensation determined by the non-breaching party.
The Money-Back Guarantee depends on the request being made in good faith. If a client places design/service orders with multiple agencies for the same project with the intent to claim a refund, Quantum Web Solutions does not consider this good faith and reserves the right to decline such refund requests.
All orders require client input before completion. Clients are expected to remain actively engaged throughout the process and provide timely feedback to achieve the desired results.
The 100% unique design guarantee qualifies the client for a new design if the work produced by Quantum Web Solutions is found to be substantially similar to an existing design. Any resemblance to existing designs will be considered coincidental, and Quantum Web Solutions will not accept responsibility or liability for any related claims or compensation.
How To Claim Your Refund
To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and approved, please make sure that you meet the following requirements.

After the refund has been processed, the rights to your project files will be transferred to Quantum Web Solutions, and you will not be legally permitted to display, use, or distribute any version of the files provided by the company.
- Since the project rights will be transferred to Quantum Web Solutions, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response, material, work product, or media, nor will you retain any ownership interest in the same.
- Working in coordination with Government Copyright Agencies, Quantum Web Solutions may share copyright acquisition data for refunded designs, which will restrict the reuse of the designs, content, or developed materials as original work in the future.

We have also introduced a Logo Titanium package for clients with bulk requirements of logos, the client will be receiving unlimited concepts for any of the logo with an option to finalize any of them. Package is valid for 6 Months and needs to be renewed 48 Hours before expiring.
